Full Wedding Planning Services
For the couple who wants assistance through the entire wedding planning process. We will hand select your team of service providers, provide unlimited professional advice, and manage every detail of the wedding day.

For the couple who wants assistance through the entire wedding planning process. We will hand select your team of service providers, provide unlimited professional advice, and manage every detail of the wedding day.
PLANNING INCLUDES:
- Unlimited consultation via email and phone
- Consult with Client to discuss and establish wedding style, theme, colour scheme etc
- Develop and maintain wedding budget based on client's needs
- Recommend and select venue location
- Provide referrals and schedule and attend meetings with all service providers
- Assist with wording and selection of stationery for Invitations if necessary
- Review proposals and contracts of selected vendors
COORDINATION:
- Contact vendors and confirm contract details (delivery, set-up/pick-up, returns, etc.) at least two weeks prior to the wedding
- Create a wedding day timeline
- Visit ceremony & reception sites
- Attend ceremony rehearsal
- Collect personal items related to ceremony/reception e.g. guest book, unity candle, toasting flutes, etc. and place where necessary
- On-site coordination & supervision at the ceremony and reception
- One lead coordinator/One assistant for the day of the wedding
- Assist bride and groom as needed throughout the wedding day
- Provide Wedding emergency kit
- Greet wedding guests and usher them to the ceremony and reception if necessary
- Cue & direct wedding party and bride (Processional/Recessional)
- Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
- Ensure all vendors are doing their jobs according to contracts
- Gather and pack up all items from reception eg. toasting glasses, gifts, money box etc and handover to designated person at the end of the wedding
- Distribute final payments to vendors
ORCHID PACKAGE
Partial Wedding Planning & Coordination
For the couple who has started the wedding planning process and has already selected a venue, but need the extra help to manage the rest of the planning process. We will assist you with choosing the rest of your vendors and reviewing vendor contracts so that no details are missed.
Roles and responsibilities are similar to Full Wedding Planning Package above, however venue recommendations and/or site visits are not included.

GARDEN ROSE PACKAGE
"Day of" Wedding Coordination
For those of you who would like to do the planning yourself but want to have a "stress free" day. We will meet at least twice before the event and will liaise with all your vendors prior to the wedding day. We will ensure the event runs smoothly, just as you planned.
